I will create 3d talking animation from a photo

I will create a 3D taking head animation from the photo you give to me. 
You need to give me one photo for the front view image, It may be  your own photo or others photo. You can also send me a recorded voice script or text. This may be useful on the websites, apps etc as introduction video. You may also like it just for fun. You can use the animation as someones birthday gift too or to greet someone special.
It's may be that you want only a 2d photo to be converted into a 3D, this gig is good for that as well.
